All Dunk orders are final! 

No cancellations, changes or returns allowed, however we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Shoe box condition can not be guaranteed, many arrived to us damaged. 

Do not purchase if you are not ok with possibly receiving a damaged box.

One Dunk purchase per day per customer.  If more than one pair of Dunks total of any style are purchased by the same customer or shipping address, all orders will be cancelled.  

Shipping to residential US addresses and Puerto Rico only.  International orders will be cancelled.

Orders will be shipped with signature confirmation.

Actual shipping costs are built into the retail price to make up for our regularly discounted shipping rates.

Coupon codes and discounts may not be used on Dunk orders.

Dunk purchases by first time customers must be made with a verified ShopPay account, or with a verified PayPal account. 

Any other payment method may be cancelled.
